You can self-book a service online through our website by selecting the desired service, paying with a card, and scheduling a tech to fulfill the service at your home.

You can only book one service group at a time. For multiple services, please book a separate date/booking for each service group.

You can contact us via SMS with our staff, chat with us through the chat box, or submit a contact form on our website for a response within 24 hours. We do not list a phone number for direct calls; support is provided via SMS, chat, or the contact form.

For add-ons and additions, our tech will make a judgment call based on their schedule. If possible, they will call the office to add the add-ons to the current invoice.

For services requiring customer-purchased materials, such as painting and staining, materials must be purchased and ready 24 hours prior to the booking date.

Use the simple formula provided by our company to calculate the necessary paint and always purchase extra as a buffer.

Our expectation for a paint job includes 30 minutes for consultation and 7.5 hours for labor.

Currently, our techs do not pick up materials.

The 'Painter for a Day' service includes a four-hour option at $519.00 or an eight-hour full-day option at $819.00.

A $129 service fee will be charged for interrupted service calls or last-minute cancellations due to customer fault or other circumstances.

Pictures and/or video are required at the time of booking. This helps our staff review and each service call thoroughly and identify any booking or invoice issues prior to your job. 

Based on the information provided, the company reserves the right to refuse or cancel all booked services at any point. All monies paid will be returned if the company cancels your booking. In addition, you can also cancel your booking at anytime prior to the start of your job. 

Currently, the company does not perform on-site estimates.

Painting services are intended for small projects and touch-up style projects that require one skilled painter for a day or less. This service is not meant for anything over two stories or requiring larger equipment.

Once your job is booked, we will assign your booking to one of our techs. Each of our staff are vetted, professional techs with the knowledge and experience in their craft. Once your
