TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 7X Home Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services in the state of Georgia and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

7X Home Services provides residential and commercial home improvement services including but not limited to: custom deck building, deck repair, deck restoration, fence repair, gate repair, fence installation, fence staining, deck staining, exterior painting, exterior carpentry, porch and patio construction, and chimney and siding services. All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability in our service areas across Cobb County, Cherokee County, Paulding County, Fulton County, and surrounding metro Atlanta communities.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by 7X Home Services are complimentary and non-binding until a formal agreement is signed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the course of work, changes in material costs, or client-requested modifications to the original scope of work. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the commencement of work and are outlined in the project agreement. 7X Home Services accepts various forms of payment including cash, check, and electronic payment. A deposit may be required for certain projects. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. If any defects in workmanship are identified within the warranty period, 7X Home Services will repair or correct the issue at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, Acts of God (storms, floods, etc.), misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications made by the homeowner or third parties.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the project, ensuring reasonable access to the work area, securing any necessary homeowner association approvals, disclosing known issues or hazards on the property, and making timely payments as outlined in the project agreement. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a scheduled project with written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already purchased and crew scheduling costs. Any deposits paid are refundable minus any costs already incurred by 7X Home Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7X Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
